All designs, patterns and pictures are copyrighted to me, Lorena da Silva, I own the rights to the instructions and the images. Any use of my pictures is not allowed without my permission. Do not distribute, share or sell my patterns. Any use of them other than for personal, individual use is not allowed, including courses, video tutorials, translations to other languages, etc. You cannot use my characters, be them in crocheted form or any other media, without my authorization. You can make, however, the finished dolls to sell if you want to, as long as they are not mass produced and you credit me as the original designer.
DOWNLOADS:
Once the payment is confirmed, the webpage will give you a link to download your patterns, via email. This email sometimes gets lost or filtered by strong spam filters, always check your spam/junk folder. At the same time, you can access the links using the username/password you provided during the checkout (use this tutorial for the whole process). You have up to three downloads for each pattern you buy.
REFUNDS:
I try my best to ensure the quality of the patterns. Of course, that doesn’t mean I am exempt of human errors, so mistakes can appear from time to time. In case you found one of them, please let me know! I’ll be glad to correct it.
IMPORTANT: Bear in mind that patterns, being digital products, cannot be returned, and thus they are NOT REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
